Nubwo indwara z’umutima ziyongereye mu myaka ya vuba aha kurusha mbere, hari uburyo butandukanye abantu bakoresha kugira ngo bazirinde zitarabafata. Bumwe muri bwo ni ukurya indyo yuzuye, yiganjemo imboga n’imbuto.
