Who We Are

One Acre Fund is an agricultural NGO that is innovating a new way of helping farm families to achieve their full potential. In five years in Rwanda, we have grown to serve 60,000 farm families with more than 1,000 full-time field staff. We are Rwanda’s fastest growing professional organization.  We are currently looking for a “Program Analyst” to join our team in Rubengera (Karongi District) as soon as possible.

Your Duties

• Manage a team of field researchers and surveyors.
• Formalize the  way Tubura usesdata in its program decision making
• Manage and report on program data, project analyses, design trials, repayment trends, future season projections, data dashboard, etc.
• Work closely with the field team to analyse current program data and new program trials to make recommendations on program directions based on data analyses.

Our Requirements

• A university degree, in Statistics, Economics or any other research related field.
• 1-3 years of professional work experience in in program analysis, research, and data analysis– ideally in an agricultural setting
• Experience using SPSS, STATA, Vlookups, Pivot tables and Excel in Data Analysis.
• Fluent knowledge of Kinyarwanda and very good ability to speak and understand English
• Leadership skills and the ability to take the initiative
• Flexible and quick learner
