Muhanga : Barishimira ko begerejwe imbuto nshya y’ibijumba bikungahaye kuri Vitamin A

Ku bufatanye b’imiryango Young Women’Christian Association(YWCA) na SUSTAIN batangije umushinga wo guhinga ibijumba bifite ibara rya Orange bikize ku ntungamubiri yo mu bwoko bwa Vitamin A izwi mu gufasha umubiri w’umuntu cyane cyane uw’abana guhangana n’indwara. Ibi bijumba babihinga mu Karere ka Muhanga, Umurenge wa Shyogwe, mu gishanga cya Nyabigono.

Umwe mu babyeyi UM– USEKE wasanze hafi y’aho abagize iriya miryango bari bagiye gusura imirima bahungikiramo bakanateramo imigozi ya biriya bijumba yatubwiye ko ashimishwa n’uko nabo bahabwa ku mbuto y’iriya migozi bakayitera yakura bagakura kuri biriya bijumba  bifite iriya Vitamin A.

Yatubwiye kandi ko hari ubwo bahabwa akazi ko gutera iriya migozi bityo bagahabwa ku mafaranga bakikenura mu ngo zabo.

Yasabwe abakuriye uriya mushinga gukomeza akazi bakora ariko abasaba nanone ko bagabanya igiciro cy’imigozi y’ibijumba bifite ifufu rya Orange kuko ngo ubu ikilo kigura amafaranga 150 Rwf, agasanga ari menshi agereranyije n’ubushobozi bw’abaturiye  igishanga cya Nyabigono.

Uhagarariye ibikorwa muri  YWCA-Rwanda, Uzamukunda  Pudencienne yabwiye UM– USEKE ko impamvu y’ingenzi yatumye batangiza uriya mushinga ari uko basanze ibijumba ari kimwe mu biribwa Abanyarwanda bakunda bityo basanga bazanye imbuto nshya ikungahaye kuri Vitamin A yafasha abayirya kugira ubuzima bwiza ariko cyane cyane abagore cyangwa abagabo banduye Virus itera SIDA.

Yongeyeho kandi ko abana bariye biriya bijumba bakura neza, haba mu gihagararo no mu bwenge.

Intara y’Amajyepfo izwiho kugira ubutaka bweramo ibinyamafufu by’amoko atandukanye harimo ibijumba, imyumbati, ibikoro n’ibindi.

Iyi nayo ngo yabaye indi mpamvu yatumye barasanze ibijumba bifite ibara rya Orange  bihinzwe muri Muhanga byakura neza  kandi bikagera ku bantu benshi cyane cyane ko ari mu Mujyi mukuru w’Intara y’Amajyapfo.

Uzamukunda Pudencienne yabwiye abanyamakuru  ko mu rwego rwo kurushaho kongerera agaciro kiriya gihingwa, bari kwiga uburyo amababi ya biriya bijumba yazajya atekwa bamaze kuyasekura  nk’uko basekura isombe akaribwa kuko ngo byagaragaye ko nayo akize ku birinda indwara.

Ngo n’ikimenyimenyi iyo ihene zirishije ariya mababi zirabyibuha zikagarura agatege, bityo ngo n’abantu kurya ariya mababi atetse byabafasha mu mirire yabo.

Iyo ibijumba bimaze gukura barabikura bakabijyana mu ruganda ruto bafite mu Mujyi wa Muhanga bakabironga, bakabitogosa, bakabicisha mu mashini ikabisyamo inombe iyi nombe ivuyemo bakayokoramo  biscuits, cakes, amadanzi, amakaroni, ice creams n’ibindi biribwa.

Ibi biribwa bikomoka ku bijumba ngo bari kwiga ukuntu bazabikwirakwiza mu gihugu. Kuri ubu baraganira na Simba Supermarket n’andi mazu manini acuruza ibiribwa ngo barebe uko bajya babafasha ku bigeza ku babishaka.

Ukuriye SUSTAIN mu Rwanda Dr Kirimi yabwiye abari aho ko uyu mushinga uzagezwa mu duce twinshi tw’u Rwanda bitewe n’uko abaturage bazagenda bamenya akamaro ko kurya no kugaburira abana babo biriya bijumba.

Ubusanzwe ibijumba bigizwe na Vitamin A yo ku rwego rwo hejuru, ariko siyo gusa kuko hari n’izindi nka vitamin C, B3 , B2. Ubu bwoko bw’ibijumba kandi burimo ubutare bwongera ingufu bwitwa Manganèse, Phosphore, Potassium, Acide Pantothenique, Biotine, Copper, n’izindi.
