Kugirira isuku akanwa birinda indwara z’imitsi n’umutima

Cardiomyopathy cyangwa se Cardiovascular Diseases  ni ijambo abaganga bakoresha bashaka kuvuga indwara zose zifata urwungano rw’imitsi n’umutima( systeme cardio-vasculaire). Abaganga bavuga ko imwe mu mpamvu zitera  izi ndwara ari isuku nke yo mu kanwa.

Umuseke  wagiranye  n’umuyobozi w’ibitaro bya Gicumbi Dr. Muhairwe Fred  adutangariza ko iyo umuntu atafite akamenyero keza ko kugirira isuku mu kanwa  ashobora guhura nibibazo kuko mu kanwa ariho hantu hakenera isuku nyinshi kurusha ahandi mu bice by’umubiri w’umuntu.

Bimwe mu bintu bituma amenyo no mu kanwa muri rusange handura ni ibinyobwa birimo amasukari menshi( inzoga ziza ku mwanya wa mbere), ibinyamavuta( amata, avoka, n’ibindi) ndetse no kunywa itabi.

Dr. Muhairwe Fred arasaba umunyarwanda wese kugirira isuku mu kanwa ke, mu rwego rwo kwirinda indwara y’umutima iterwa n’udukoko two mu kanwa kadasukuye.

Kubera imihihibikano yo muri iyi si, hari bamwe batabona umwanya uhagije wo koza mu kanwa gatatu ku munsi nk’uko bisabwa. Ariko wihanganye ukajya woza mu kanwa mu gitondo na nijoro mbere yo kuryama, waba wongereye amahirwe yo kurwinda kurwara ziriya ndwara cyane cyane ko twa dukoko twangiza amenyo nijoro abantu basinziriye.
