Kuri iki cyumweru, asoza itorero ry’abanyeshuri bahagarariye abandi muri Kaminuza zitandukanye,  Intagamburuzwa, Perezida Paul Kagame yavuze ko atiyumvisha uburyo abantu bize Siporo (imyitozo ngororamubiri) batabona akazi, asaba ko habaho imikoranire ya hafi hagati y’aba bayiga na Minisiteri ya Siporo n’Umuco.

Perezida Paul Kagame aganira n’abanyeshuri bahagarariye abandi muri Kaminuza zitandukanye, Kabanyana Scovia wiga muri Kaminuza y’u Rwanda  yavuze ko abantu barangije mu bijyanye n’imyitozo ngororamubiri (Sport) batajya bahabwa  akazi ngo bafatwe nk’abarimu mu mashuri yisumbuye.

Kabanyana Scovia ikibazo cye cyagiraga kiti “Tuba twararangije mu bijyanye na Sport  tugomba kuyigisha, kugira ngo turusheho kugira ubuzima bwiza ariko ntabwo tubona akazi.”

Paul Kagame yavuze ko icyo kibazo abantu bagikemura mu buryo bwinshi, harimo kuba izo nzego zishobora kubafata kugira ngo bigishe Siporo, ariko ngo no hanze hari inzego z’abantu bishyira hamwe mu bintu bya Siporo, ku buryo abayiga bakwiye kubagana bakabafasha.

Perezida Kagame yagize ati “Ntabwo numva impamvu, kuko abantu barahari bakwigisha Siporo (imyitozo ngororangingo), ku rundi ruhande ab’ingingo zigomba kugororoka ni benshi cyane, ariko nta kazi babona ababyize, bimeze bite?”

Minisitiri w’Umuco na Siporo, Uwacu Julienne  yavuze ko hari abanyeshuri biga ibijyanye na Sport ariko badafite akazi, ariko ngo ntibakwiye kugaruka mu kubyigisha gusa, kuko ngo hari  abantu bamaze gushora imari, muri Gym tonic hirya no hino, ariko ugasanga zidafite abigisha .

Ati “Twashyizeho ibigomba kuba byujujwe na buri Gym, harimo no kugira abakozi babizi n’ababyigiye kugira ngo noneho na bo babone akazi.”

Minisitiri Julienne Uwacu yakomeje avuga ko bagiye gufasha abize Siporo kujya babona akazi muri Gym kandi bakajya babikora mu buryo bw’ubucuruzi.

Kuri icyo gisubizo, Perezida Paul Kagame  avuga ko bakwiye gushyiraho n’uburyo nka Minisiteri, ntibibe mu nyandiko gusa, ahubwo hakajya habaho n’uko abantu bahura bakaganira.

Yagize ati “Mwari gushyiraho uburyo abantu bahura kuko ntabwo ari gushyiraho uburyo gusa mu kandika, mu kabika inyandiko hanyuma mugategereza ko ibintu bizikora, mukwiye gushyiraho uburyo ahubwo bureba ababicuruza n’ababikeneye. Mujye mukora ibintu bive mu nzira.”

Perezida Paul Kagame yanenze abayobozi  uburyo bigisha abantu (abanyeshuri) barangiza bakababera ikibazo aho kuba bagira akazi bakwiye kuba bakora, byose ngo biterwa n’uko haba habuze ikintu kibihuza.
