INFINITY HOTEL LTD is a recently established hotel located in Kigali city, Gasabo District in Kimironko sector.INFINITY HOTEL seeks to recruit qualified and competent staff as indicated below :

1. Manager

Job summary

A hotel manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff. He/She has commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping.

Qualification and experience

Bachelor degree in hotel management, tourism, hospitality or any other related field.

Good knowledge of hotel industry.

At least 3-5 years experience as a hotel manager.

A friendly personality and strong customer service skills are necessary to interact positively with guests and to set a good example for hotel staff.

2. Marketing Manager

Job summary

A marketing manager will be responsible for maximizing a hotel’s revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities. customers are satisfied with the facilities during their stay

Qualification and experience

· Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, management or any other related field.

At least 2-5 years experience in the marketing field

3. Hotel Accountant/Financial Controller

Job summary

· He / She must understand hotel accounting principles with ability to work under pressure.

· Must be able to prepare management reports with exceptional knowledge of INCOME TAX, VAT, PAYE and with vast experience in Hotel Accounting.

Qualification and experience

· Bachelor degree in accounting. Possession of CPA/ ACCA will be an added advantage.

· Good knowledge of accounting software

At least 3-5 years experience in Accounting field

4. Food and Beverage Manager

Job summary

To ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department. He or she therefore supervises and co-ordinates the Food and Beverage Department.

· At least a diploma in food and beverage from a recognized institute/College.

· Good knowledge of hotel industry.

· At least 3-5 years experience as F&B manager.

· A friendly personality and strong customer service skills are necessary to interact positively with guests and to set a good example for hotel staff..

5. CHEF

Job summary

We need a competent candidate in hospitality industry who can handle :

· Day-to-day Operations of the main kitchen.

· Experience In Rwandan and African Cuisine

Qualification and experience

· Diploma in food production from a recognized institution or vocational course in food production

· Experience : 3 – 5 Years

6. HEAD HO– USEKEEPER

Job summary

Head housekeeper will be responsible for all aspects of running the department from training and development of duty roster and budgeting. g damaged items.

Qualification and experience :

· Bachelor degree from a recognized institution with at least : 3 – 5 Years experience in the similar position.

7. RECEPTIONIST

Job summary

The candidate should be able to demonstrated ability of greeting guests with a smile, welcoming guests to the hotel and arranging reservations in timely manner

· Thorough understanding of helping guests with baggage storage, storing valuables, ordering taxis and reserving tables

· Highly skilled in handling multiple guests simultaneously

· Able to provide accurate and detailed information to guests regarding reservations

Key Skills :

· Excellent Communication Skills, Pleasing Personality.

· Multi-lingual – English, French and Kiswahili.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in Hotel or hospitality management or Advanced diploma/Higher Diploma from a recognized university or college in the same field.

8. HOTEL SUPERVISOR

Job summary

The supervisor assists with and oversees guests check-in and check-out of the hotel. The supervisor ensures that all front desk employees engage politely and attentively with incoming and departing guests. She assists with cashier functions, including taking large cash amounts and handling invoices for groups and large parties.

Qualification :

· Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from a recognized institution or Diploma with 3 years experience in the same field.

9. WAITER / WAITRESS

Job summary

To prepare dining room, including all necessary mise-en-place for service ; serve customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner

Qualifications :

· Diploma or certificate customer care, hospitality or food and beverage service from a recognized Institution with at least 2-3 years experience in the same position.

· A-Level certificate with 3 years experience.
