1. JOB TITLE : SALES FARE AUDIT OFFICER

DEPARTMENT : FINANCE

SECTION : REVENUE ACCOUNTING LOCATION

LOCATION : KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

REPORTS TO : SALES MANAGER ACCOUNTING MANAGER

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Ensure that each ticket sold complies with published fares in ATPCo. Each component on the ticket is checked against the diverse and complex rules of airline fares and commission programs to detect any discrepancies. Discrepancies are detected and detailed remarks are created by audit fare team for review by a revenue accounting staff.

ii. Check whether data received from the electronic sales sources are complete. Correctly identify what commission programs are found on a ticket and perform the appropriate accounting.

iii. Ensure whether commissions earned by agents are approved by competent authority.

iv. Check on flights, NO show reporting and other non PNR transactions related to passenger bookings and listings.

v. Read fare rules from the system and issue automated open dated tickets with and without bookings. check Quote fares from the system in NUC and different currencies with applicable taxes for different types of journeys, with different carriers, discounts and class of travel

vi. Check the display of different applicable taxes with conditions and re calculate fares and reissue tickets from the system.

vii. Generate daily sales report from the system. Implementation of the Sales & Services Manual in making computerized bookings. Non PNR transactions

viii. No-show reports. Itinerary Pricing, PNR Pricing Functions, Fare Construction Inputs, Fare Rules and Tax Displays, ROE and Currency Management (Conversion Functions).

ix. MPM/TPM Mileage displays

x. Electronic and change, Revalidation & Re-association

xi. Refund, exchange tickets, paper ticket (if any), miscellaneous sales and Automated EBT, etc.

xii. Acquire basic ticketing concepts and ticketing rules. Learn currency regulation rules, IATA Geography and areas. Use Passenger Air Tariff (PAT) books.

xiii. Calculate fares for different types of journeys

xiv. To apply basic fare construction checks in fare construction

xv. Fare selection criteria and currency rules. Mileage system vs. lowest combination principle xvi. Examine the Role of Reservations in the Industry

xvii. Ensure source data input from automated reservations and get loaded into revenue accounting system comply with best practices of airline industry

xviii. Check whether reservations system loading data cycle of sales, flown and interline is effectively and efficiently done with minimal/ or data loss.

xix. Able to learn related reservations functions and booking engines

xx. Check-in procedure for passenger with Electronic Ticketing

III. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computers science or any other IT related course
Advanced level of Ticking is required
Must be a team player and ready to learn

DEPARTMENT : FINANCE

SECTION : ADMINISTRATION

REPORTS TO : LOGISTICS OFFICER

1. JOB PURPOSE

Assist in the administration and coordination of all company logistics and inventory management functions including transportation logistics, receiving, storing, issuing, despatching and accounting for company stocks and assets.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Logistics Officer in administration and coordination of all company logistics and inventory management (transportation logistics, receiving, storing, issuing, despatching and accounting for company stocks and assets).

• Planning and coordinating receipt, storage and control of stocks in company warehouses and stores ;

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of company assets and inventory ;

• Coordinate the shipping, handling, and inspection of company procured supplies and equipments ;

• Constantly update of the Fixed Asset Register and ensure that all assets are recorded as soon as purchased ;

• Ensure that all vehicle movements, maintenance, checks and fuel are controlled and monitored ;

• Ensure that all acquisition of vehicles insurance and licenses are well planned and executed in accordance with the relevant legislations.

III. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Stores Management/Logistics sores Management
A minimum of 3 years’ experience ;
Computer literate with knowledge

3. JOB TITLE:TECHNICAL STORES/LOGISTICS.

DEPARTMENT : MAINTENANCE

SECTION : ENGINEERING

LOCATION KIGALI

REPORTS TO : MATERIALS MANAGER

1. REPORTING

will report to the Materials Manager.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for quality and quantity of Aircraft spares, tools, GSE and other equipment used for aircraft maintenance ;

• Delivery serviceable aircraft/ materials/ component to the operation on time in compliance with legal and company requirements ;

• Respond positively to quality nonconformance findings and ensure that any corrective action issued is implemented in time and in proper manner ;

• Manage the inventory and ensure availability of spares to meet the aircraft demand, while ensuring minimum stock is kept in stores ;

• Ensure that the parts records and well-kept for tractability ;

• Be responsible, for clearing, receiving, exporting all inbound and out bound materials/ parts ;

• Responsible for entire stores system ( Bonded store, main store, quarantine stores, tools store, tire store, inflammable store and any other signed by supervisor ;

• Establish periodically reports on stock levels ;

• Ensure that before being inventoried and stored, all parts arriving go through incoming stores to be inspected for condition or damage and compliance with the incoming documents, conformity to purchase order conditions and if satisfied, issue with the necessary documents ;

• Ensure that all aircraft parts, components, equipment, etc in stores are appropriately tagged at all times and components maintenance records are maintained ;

• Ensure that accurate records are kept for all logistics activities and inventories in compliance with all industry and regulatory authority requirement ;

• Regularly check environmental conditions ( i.e. Temperature, humidity, etc) under which materials are stocked in accordance regulatory aeronautical parts storage standards and conditions ;

• Ensure that all storage facility are kept in acceptable clean environment.

III. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A degree in Logistics Management /Stores Management

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical stores Aircraft parts ;

• Computer literate with knowledge and skills in computerized maintenance programs ;

• Thorough understanding of Airworthiness Legislation and its application
