The single Project Implementation Unit in the Ministry of Trade and Industry (SPIU/MINICOM) would like to recruit qualified staff for the following vacant positions :

RICEM/ Librarian

1. RICEM / Logistics Officer

Qualification required

A0 in Management, Accounting, Finance or Store Management

Job description

To establish the regular inventories of the movable and real property of the institution and to constitute a strategic stock ;
To centralize the requirements in supply and other materials necessary for the operation for the institution ;
To hold up to date cards ;
To develop a purchase order system and to make a follow up of the deliveries ;
To rationally manage and distribute the materials and office supplies to other users ;
To manage and ensure the maintenance of the movable and real property of the institution ;
To regularly evaluate the value of the inheritance of the institution ;
Other related activities assigned by the authority.
2. RICEM/ Librarian

Qualification required

A0 in library & information Science or A1 in Library & information system

Job description

To manage the files of the institution ;
To elaborate plans for the accessibility and use of the RICEM’s files ;
To keep in order the files of the RICEM ;
To hold a register for the movement institution’s documents ;
To identify and propose the supply of necessary documents to the institution ;
Other related activities assigned by the authority.
3. RICEM / Driver

Qualification required

Should be an experience driver holding a valid driving license of category B or above
Five years’ experience in this career
Job description

Drive the vehicle according to the established programme ;
Ensure transport of authorized persons and/or materials ;
Ensure keys are given back to the direct supervisor at the end of the day ;
Responsible of mail delivering ;
Maintaining the vehicle in good working condition at all times including cleanliness, engine check-up, tire pressure and license and insurance renew check-up ;
Ensure maintenance and repairs are made on time ;
Ensure the logbook is accurately filled ;
Reporting mechanical problems promptly to immediate supervisor ;
Responsible of small mechanical tasks ;
Ensure that all legal documentation for the vehicle are always in order ;
Perform any other related duty as assigned by the supervisor.
