1. Fraud & Hotline Manager
Your Duties:

You will be responsible for first level support regarding reports of irregularities and help to further investigate such claims

This includes the proper collection of information on the phone, as well as documentation and filing of reports
Help preparing internal investigations and support carrying out these investigations
You will be involved in the decision making process regarding fraud cases and handle follow-up communication
Support the implementation and communication of fraud related policies
Our Requirements

A university degree, for example in psychology, law, or social sciences and at least 1-3 years of professional work experience in a communication-focused role; for example in Customer Services, Human Resources, or a Legal Department in a private sector firm or public sector institution
Fluent knowledge of Kinyarwanda and very good ability to speak, understand, and write in French or English
Solid computer skills regarding e-mail, internet usage, and Microsoft Word and Excel
Maturity, integrity, and confidentiality are personality traits that are required for this role; in addition, we expect very good people skills and a high degree of stress resistance

In six years in Rwanda, we have grown to serve 100,000 farm families with more than 1,000 full-time field staff. We are Rwanda’s fastest growing professional organization. To help manage this growth, we are looking for a “Director Human Resources” to start as soon as possible.

Your Duties

You will manage our HR team in Rwanda, oversee daily HR operations, and help further develop our HR strategy
Implement new people related policies and ensure that these policies are clearly communicated to staff and well followed
Resolve a diverse range of employee related issues and mediate conflict resolutions
Authorize payroll changes and ensure that the payroll process is being administered properly
Provide legal expertise and ensure that policies are in line with Rwandan labour law
Help streamlining and improving One Acre Fund’s HR operations throughout East Africa
Our Requirements

A university degree, for example in law, social sciences, or finance
Ideally 2-5 years of professional work experience in a similar, HR-related role in the private or public sector and/or in a non-profit environment,
Fluent knowledge of Kinyarwanda and very good ability to speak and understand French or English
Solid computer skills regarding e-mail, internet usage, and Microsoft Word and Excel
Demonstrated leadership ability, problem solving skills, and a positive work attitude.
A high degree of integrity and the proven competency to handle people related matters would make you the ideal candidate for this position
