National Assistance Fund for the Needy Survivors of Genocide in Rwanda (FARG) would like to recruit candidates on the following posts:

1. EDUCATION OFFICER (one post)

2. HEALTH AND REHABILITATION OFFICER (one post)

1. EDUCATION OFFICER
Specific Tasks:

To verify and treat the documents from high learning;
To design plans for monthly and quarterly expenditures in conformity with the budget allocated to education;
To centralise and treat the data provided by the provinces in terms of education for the survivors of genocide;
To deal with activities concerning the assistance in informal education;
To participate in the treatment of documents of education funded by external donors;
To build up a data storage of scholarship loans to students;
To exercise physical control over the students who are beneficiaries of the Fund;
To verify and treat the documents from students assisted by the Fund through their respective associations;
To determine the criteria’s of getting a loan for student beneficiaries.
Profile

Must be Rwandan by Nationality;
Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in science of education, psychology or Social sciences
To master the computer tool;
Must have at least three (3) years of experience
Be able to work under pressure.
2. HEALTH AND REHABILITATION OFFICER
Specific Tasks:

To follow up all health activities meant for genocide survivors;
To ensure that health policy is properly in force;
To follow up special medical transfers to referral hospitals in Rwanda and aboard;
To liaise with teams of specialists in trauma treatment similar the case diagnosed from genocide survivors they have to treat;
To make expense estimates on monthly and quarterly basis according to the budget allocated to the health programme;
To analyse and make use of reports on health programme
Profile

Must be Rwandan by Nationality;
Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, sociology or mental health.
Must be proficient with computer skills;
Must have at least three (3) years of experience of work;
Be able to work under pressure
