Umunyarwanda witwa R. Valentin umaze imyaka 10 akora ‘Yoga’ avuga ko iki gikorwa ntaho gihuriye n’Imana n’Amashitani by’Abahinde, ahubwo ngo ni uburyo bwo kugenzura roho n’ibitekerezo, agasaba buri wese kuyitabira.

‘Yoga’ ni imigenzo mishya ku Banyarwanda, hari abayitiranya no kubyina, Karate, ndetse hari ababona ababikora bakagira ngo barakora imigenzo itemewe “Guterekera kw’Abahinde”.

Umusore w’Umunyarwanda umaze imyaka 10 muri iyi migenzo n’ibikorwa bigize ‘Yoga’ avuga ko nta hantu bihuriye n’Imana n’Amashitani by’Abahinde, ahubwo ngo ni uburyo bwo kuyobora ibitekerezo mu bryo bwo kwirinda ingaruka.

R.Valentin yagize ati “Yoga ifasha kugenzura ubwonko. Umuntu agira ibihumbi by’ibitekerezo ku munsi, hagati y’ibihumbi 26 by’ibitekerezo kuzamura, ibyo byose bitugiraho ingaruka ku mubiri no mu bwonko. Ntafite kugenzura umubiri wanjye byangiraho ingaruka.”

Yoga irimo ibice bibiri (Physical & Mental), Velentin avuga ko ibyitwa ‘Meditation’ (Gutekereza kure ugamije kugenzura ibitekerezo by’umubiri), ngo bigufasha kugira ngo ujyane ibitekerezo mu nzira ushaka, kugira ngo bikugireho ingaruka nkeya ndetse no ku bidukikije.

Yagize ati “Yoga igufasha kuyobora ibitekerezo byawe aho kuyoborwa nabyo. Yoga si Imana n’Amashitani by’Abahinde, abantu bagomba kuza bakiga cyangwa bakareba uko Yoga ikorwa.”

Sister Félicité Mukarugira, umubyeyi umaze imyaka icenda mu muryango, OM SHANTI (bivuga Amahoro), uyu muryango wizihije imyaka 10 ukorera mu Rwanda kuri iki cyumweru tariki 26 Nyakanga,  avuga ko ‘Yoga’ yamuhinduyemu bijyanye n’agaciro ka muntu.

Mukarugira avuga ko Yoga ifasha umuntu kwimenya, akamenya ko abantu bose ari bamwe, ibyo ngo bituma arushaho kubaha bagenzi be.

Ati “Iryo ni ryo somo rya mbere twigisha, rivuga ngo kwimenya, kumenya uri muri jyewe. Ako gaciro buri wese afite iyo tumaze kukamenya twumva ko uwo muntu afite agaciro nk’akanjye. Ibindi bintu byo hanze na byo bifite agaciro kabyo, ariko ntabwo bivanze, ntandukanye nabyo, nijyewe ubiyobora.”

Uyu mubyeyi (avuga ko afite abana n’ubwo umugabo we yishwe muri Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi), avuga ko ngo Abanyarwanda bamenye yo Yoga, ntawazongera kubona mugenzi we mu ndorerwamo y’amoko.

Yagize ati “Nta Munyarwanda wakongera kwibona mu maso y’ubwoko, kuko kwiyita Umunyarwanda ni mu buryo bw’imibereho, uwo twita kiremwamuntu uwo ariwe wese ntareberwa ku gihugu akomoakamo, cyangwa idini. Uwo undimo turamuhuje twese, icyo ni ikintu gikomeye uwasobanukiwe ntiyongera kurebera abandi mu zindi ndorerwamo.”

Dr Didi Dr. Nirmala umwe mu bagize uruhare mu gukwirakwiza iyi migenzo ya ‘Meditation’ muri Africa, akaba akorera muri Kenya, yabwiye Umuseke ko ‘Meditation’ ifasha kwiyunga n’Imana kandi ngo ubikora araramba kuko adashobora kurwara.

Yagize ati “Muri iyi si harimo stress, (umunaniro ukabije), Stress iteza indwara nyinshi ku mubiri, kuribwa umutwe, indwara z’umuvuduko w’amaraso, ubusharire (acidity), indwara z’umutima, buri rugingo rushobora kurwara.

Iyo ndi muri ‘Meditation’ mba ndi hejuru y’indwara zose. Nta stress, umubabaro,… Meditation itwongeramo ingufu,  Roho yasaga n’idafite agaciro, igasaba umunezero n’amahoro.”

Dr. Nirmala w’imyaka 80 akaba yarazanye ibyitwa ‘Medi-Cation’ (Kuvura indwara na Roho), avuga ko Meditation ari uburyo bwo kwibuka Imana, kandi ngo ntabwo wayibuka utayizi.

Yagize ati “Imana tuzi ko ari inyamahoro, urukundo, umugisha, ibyishimo n’imbabazi, ‘meditation’ nta kindi uretse kwibuka Imana. Abantu bibuka Imana hari ibyago, tugomba guha imbaraga Roho yacu zo kwibuka Imana.”

Ati “Nyuma y’ubu buzima hari ubundi, umubiri ntacyo umuze iyo umuntu yapfuye. Ndi Roho. Iyo nibuka Imana, nk’urukundo, umucunguzi, amahoro,… mbona izo mbaraga, iyo mfite imbaraga zo kubabarira sinshobora kubabara.

Iyo ndakaye igihe kinini umujinya urabyuka, ukantera indwara nyishi.  Twasanze, hamwe na ‘Meditation’ umuntu ahindukamo umuntu mwiza kurushaho. Ntawanga urukundo, iyo ukunda abawe na bo baragukunda.

Abantu bakora ‘meditation’ bararamba, kuko ubuzima buba buringaniye (balanced). Kureka itabi, inzoga ni ingenzi kuko bigira ingaruka mbi ku mubiri.

Yoga yahariwe umunsi wa tariki ya 21 Kamena buri mwaka, Isi yose ikaba iha agaciro iyi migenzereze kuko ngo basanze ifitiye akamaro abatuye Isi.

  • Hahahaaaa! Ijambo ry’Imana ribuza umuntu kugenzura ibitekerezo na roho ye. Aho rero niho Yoga ihurira n’abadayimoni, ni uko bose (yoga n’abadayimoni) bagenzura ibitekerezo. Abatabizi cg ababishaka muzabaze ibiba ku muntu ufite roho cg ibitekerezo bigenzurwa n’ikindi kintu cg uwundi muntu.

    Kwihanukira ukavuga ko miliyari y’abahinde isenga amashitani ni ugukurura intambara y’amadini. Abahinde ntawe batera ibisasu ngo akurikire idini ryabo. Ntawe bakolonije ngo yemere imisengere yabo. Bahe amahoro rero. Abahinde bashobora kukubwira ko gusenga icyo wita imana utazi niba ari umugabo cg umugore, umwirabura cg umuzungu, uvuga ngo kiba mwijuru ubundi ngo kiba hose, ngo ni umwuka, ni urumuri… ibyo nabo babibonamo ubusatani. Senga ibyo usenga uhe abandi amahoro. Ntubarusha ubwenge n’ubushishozi. Amadini yose akomoka muri aziya iryo wahisemo cg abanyaburayi n’abarabu bagutsindagiye ntibivuga ko ariryo abatuye isi yose bagomba guhitamo.     Sinasoza ntakanguriye abantu bose kwiga kumenya ko ntawumenya atahageze kandi atabajije. Nimuze , bizabarinda kuvuga impuha!!!!
