Kigali … 03rd September 2016 …… UAP Rwanda joined the rest of the world to celebrate The International Customer Service Week in Kigali and upcountry.

With the rest of the large Group UAP Rwanda will celebrate this year from 3rd to 7th October aiming at being a customer Centric Organization. The week in Kigali and upcountry will be celebrated under the theme of “Enabling Dreams”.

This week comes to complete a number of internal engagements around the company’s culture being adjusted to focus on customers’ dreams that the company is committed to enable.

Brand is guided by the aim of being the Company most certain to deliver on its promises, based on real customer’s need” said Madam Annie Nibishaka, the Head of Marketing & Distribution at UAP Rwanda. 

The celebrations and engagements during the week is coming as a culture change brainstorming exercise. “With our experience in the Rwandan Market since we started operating, we understood the need of contributing to our customer’s success through our products and services.” Added Madam Claudine Mukakibibi, the Customer Service Manager at UAP.

Our PURPOSE is to help our customers to thrive, through enabling them to achieve their lifetime financial goals, whilst investing their funds in ways that will help secure a positive future for them, their families, their communities and the world at large.

During the week, the Customer Service Team has organized for two days allocated to internal

customers’ engagements, the staff. The engagements will enable the team to collect their dreams and ideas on how to improve customer centricity within the Company.

We believed that a well prepared staff team will drive the company’s dream to enable positive futures for our external customers.

The team has organised for special engagement with the external customer’s as well before closing with a celebration at the office on the 7th October 2016.

On the closing date, the team will recognise and celebrate the best customer service staff to encourage customer centricity culture.
