Sobanukirwa n’Ibintu 10 byagufasha kwita ku bwonko bwawe
Iyi nkuru ni ibyasomwe na Mahirwe Patrick, umukunzi w’Umuseke. Ni umunyeshuri mu mwaka wa gatandatu w’amashuri yisumbuye mu bijyanye n’Ubugenge, Ubutabire n’Ibinyabuzima (PCB) muri Lycée de Kigali.

1) Kunywa amazi ahagije: Nibura umuntu agomba kunywa litiro imwe n’igice buri munsi, ni ukuvuga ibirahuri bibiri mu gitondo, ibindi bibiri ku manywa n’ibindi bibiri nimugoroba), buri gihe hasigaye iminota iri hagati ya 30 na 45 ngo urye.
Wirinde kunywa amazi nijoro, by’umwihariko ku bagabo. Ugomba kuyanywa hasigaye amasaha atari munsi y’ane ngo uryame, kuko ananiza prostate akayitera kurwara (ku bagabo), no ku bagore si meza.

5) Kurinda imyanda mu maraso: Kugira ngo ubigereho, ugomba kugabanya kunywa icyayi n’ikawa ukabisimbuza icyayi mwimerere nka romari n’ibindi, ugakunda kurya imbuto n’imboga.
6) Kwirinda ibintu bikubita ku mutwe: Ibintu bishobora guhanuka mu kirere kikikubita mu mutwe si byiza ku bwonko kuko bishobora kubuhungabanya ngo kubukomeretsa.
7) Kwirinda kuba igihe kirekire hafi y’insinga nini z’amashanyarazi niba bishoboka
8) Ni byiza kugabanya gukoresha cyane telephone zigendanywa: Ugire amasaha yo kwitaba telephone n’ayo kuyiruhuka, wirinde kuyivugiraho iminota irenze 30 ku munsi (mu gihe cy’amasaha 24). Kandi ni byiza kurinda umwana uri munsi y’imyaka ine gukora kuri telephone.
Telephone kandi gerageza kwirinda kuyikoresha nijoro mu masaha yo gusnzira ndetse uyishyire kure y’umusego wawe (ntuyishye ku mutwe).
9) Kwirinda ibisindisha, itabi n’ibindi biyobyabwenge: Uretse ko bigira n’izindi ngaruka ku mubiri no mu buzima busanzwe bishobora kwangiza imikorere isanzwe y’ubwonko.
1O) Gukunda kurya imbuto muri zo twavugamo umwembe, ibinyamisogwe nka Soya, imineke, amaronji (amacunga), imboga nka karoti, ibihaza, ingano, ndetse n’ubuki.
