  • Nukuri murakoze cyane menye byinshi kuri garlic nayikoreshaga nazi akamaro kayo kimbitse.

  • Nanjye nyifiteho ubuhamya bukomeye. Nari mfite ikibaza cyo gukorora no guhumeka nabi, ngahora nivuza ntanga n’ibizamini, ndetse n’ibya TB, ntibigire icyo bitanga. Sinzi uko Nyagasani yanyoboye nsoma kuri internet ibyiza byayo, ntangira kujya nyihekenya buri munsi. Ndabamenyesha ko ubu ndimo gukira, sinkibyuka nkorora (ubundi nicyo cyandangaga), nsigaye mpumeka neza. Sinari nakira neza ariko birimo biraza. Imana yacu ni isingizwe!!!!!
