Ubushakashatsi buherutse gukorwa na National Cancer Institute muri werurwe 2016, bugaragaza ko ku Isi abantu barenga ½ mu myaka 10 ishize barwaye umutima na Cancer bitewe no kurya inyama zitukura. Byatangajwe na Dr Rashmi Sinha wari uyoboye iri tsinda ry’ abashakashatsi.

Bitewe n’uko amatungo asigaye akingirwa, akavuzwa, akarya ibiryo mvaruganda ndetse agahora hamwe, amaraso ntatembere bituma yuzurwa n’imbuto z’indwara nyinshi cyane.

Impamvu z’ingenzi ubushakashatsi bwagaragaje zikwiye gutuma uhagarika cyangwa ukagabanya cyane inshuro urya inyama by’umwihariko zitukura.

Guhagarika kurya inyama si icyemezo cyo guhubukira utaratoranya icyo kuzisimbura, kuko nubwo zifite ingaruka mbi ku mubiri zirimo intungamubiri nka iron, zinc, phosphorus, vitamin B12 na proteins nyinshi.

Ariko, soya n’ibiyikomokaho, ubunyobwa, ibishyimbo, amashaza, ingano, ibigori, amasaka, avoka, epinari, ibijumba na carrots ibi byose birimo intungamubiri nk’izishobora kuboneka mu nyama zitukura.
