1 vacancy at RUB – Professional Auditor (Deadline 05th January 2015)

Rwanda Union of the Blind (RUB) would like to hire professional auditor to audit the financial statements and accounts of its two projects titled ” Mobilization of blind people from the grass root and Reducing vulnerability of deaf blind people in Rwanda” managed in collaboration with MYRIGHTRwanda.

The objective of the audit will be to obtain reasonable assurance that the financial statements of the projects are free of material misstatements. The audit will be performed in accordance with International audit standards.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Possession of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Concentration in accounting, business administration, finance or a closely related field is desired ;
At least five years experience in auditing work.·

REQUIREMENTS

Interested candidates should submit their curriculum vitae, with the names and contact details of two referees and other proof of academic and professional qualifications together with a cover letter explaining why they are interested in the post.

Fluency in written and spoken English and French is required
