Umujyi wa Gisenyi, mu Karere ka Rubavu ni ahantu ha kabiri mu Rwanda hasurwa cyane n’Abanyarwanda ndetse n’abanyamahanga, kubera ubwiza bwawo, kuba uhana imbibe na Congo, ndetse n’ibyiza nyaburanga bishingiye ku mateka n’ubwiza karemano nk’Ikivu.

4.Nusura Gisenyi kandi ntuzaveyo utanywereye icyayi, Byeri cyangwa soda ku mazi, dore ko ku Kivu hariho Hoteli n’utubare twinshi, bikazakuryohera cyane nijoro.

5.Kurira umusozi wa Rubavu; kuri uyu musozi bahakorera Siporo zinyuranye, by’umwihariko haba na Siporo idasanzwe mu Rwanda yo kurira urutare. Kuwugendagenda nabyo ariko ni ubukerarugendo kuko uriho indabo nyinshi zinyuranye, kandi uba ureba umujyi wa Gisenyi na Goma muri DR Congo munsi yawe.       Mwese rero murapfa ubusa. Ntabwo ari byiza gukora generalisation, icyaha ni gatozi.
      njye ndumva mwavuga ngo: bamwe mu bantu baturukaga ku gisenyi bari bafite ingengabitekerezo y’ urwango, amoko, …, bakoze nabi. Ariko iyo muvuze ngo abanyagisenyi (You mean all of them), ntabwo aribyo.
      Kereka niba abakoze nabi bari baratorewe guhagararira abanyagisenyi bose ubuzima bwose. Byaba byiza rero twrinze gufata abantu bose tukabashyira mu gatebo kamwe. nimutintondera imvugo dukoreasha twazashiduka bamwe muri twe dukora nk’ ibyo abo bantu babi bakoze.
